We were in a reasonably large apartment adjacent to restaurant and taxi to go to airport & places and the city centre. The breakfast was complimentary and good with a huge variety of meals. Really kind and very-very nice staff, made the stay such great!

The venue was modern and had spacious rooms. It was marvellous to the Jiaochangkuo metro station. Loved every moment there.

The room was upgraded, complete with a washer/dryer, the facilities, as example.

We got great value for our money at Somerset Yangtze River. The spacious apartment had everything we needed, with a beautiful view of the river. The staff, especially YOYO at the front desk and Kate from housekeeping, were friendly and hospitable. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and a food street.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety and options.

The accommodation was quiet and comfortable not far from city centre, which is a major site in CQ and a metro station. Overall experience was very pleasant.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The location was convenient, with nearby attractions and transportation options. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who provided good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

There were a few negatives to our stay. The check-in process was smooth, but we were disappointed to find out that there was no hot water supply after 11pm.

The apartment was clean and located really close to airport as well as the metro is. The staff team was attentive. Magnificent very central location, a lot of space.

I gotta say, the value for money at Somerset was amazing! Our room was so comfortable and had this incredible view of the Yangtze River. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, giving us tips on exploring the city and even helping us get taxis. Would definitely recommend Somerset to everyone!

During my recent stay at Somerset Yangtze River, I was delighted to find that the room I stayed in was pretty fine and clean, equipped with various facilities. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare meals at my convenience. The staff at the lobby were excellent, always polite and attentive to my needs. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel had a swimming pool that was modern and well-maintained, providing a great way to relax and unwind. I will definitely recommend Somerset Yangtze River to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Chongqing.

A great place to stay at in Chongqing!

We booked a two-bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helped us order taxis and manage our packages. The location was perfect with a beautiful view. It was a great value for our money. The breakfast had a good variety and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Chongqing.
